Dr. Mushaija Geoffrey holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Kerala, India, and both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Development Studies from Mbarara University of Science and Technology in Uganda. With over 15 years of experience in leadership and project management, he has played significant roles in policy development and strategic planning within Rwanda’s government and non-governmental organizations.

Dr. Geoffrey’s expertise encompasses economic planning, public administration, and community development, contributing to Rwanda’s socio-economic growth.
